blue screen error 0x000000E1

You need to choose the top BIOS update: 1.60 2/8/2012 Instant Flash 2.43MB Add Turbo UCC function for AM3+. You can tell it is the most updated because the numbers go up from 1.10 to 1.60 for the BIOS version column. Use either the DOS or Instant Flash version to flash the BIOS. They are safer to use.

I would also recommend downloading 1.50 11/18/2011 Instant Flash 2.42MB Update CPU code. This is your current version, so you can flash back to it if needed. Flash the 1.60 first, though.

You need to run sfc /scannow in an http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/783-elevated-command-prompt.html

That's odd... I wonder if you have a bad power supply. Can you borrow one to check?

I do not see how the steps you did could have caused any damage to the BIOS unless you started to execute the flash of the BIOS and then interrupted it by resetting. If all you did was view the BIOS with the BIOS update utility listed, that should not have caused the issues you are facing. Can you walk me through step-by-step exactly what you did before this occurred?

yes i think that what exactly happened " started to execute the flash of the BIOS and then interrupted it by resetting", i thought you understood that from what i said, sorry for not being clear.

I was under the impression that you just viewed the version available to flash to... You should try to clear the CMOS and see if it helps. You will have to do it on the board itself since you cannot view your BIOS through the computer. How To Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)

Make sure all power is drained first from the board by shutting down and turning off the computer, unplugging it from the wall, and then holding the power button down for 30 seconds to complete the circuit and drain power from the board itself. Then clear the CMOS using one of the two (remaining) methods in that link; the jumper method or the battery method should work.

Post back the results once those steps are completed.

Try removing all but one stick of RAM. Beyond that, you will need to send it in to the manufacturer or take it to a repair shop where they can flash it for you.

In the future, NEVER interrupt a BIOS flash. It is not like updating drivers; the results can be catastrophic as you are seeing...

I meant remove all RAM but one module. You can remove everything else, as well (except the CPU and fan and CMOS battery, those are necessary), and see if that allows you to get into the BIOS.
