Blue Screen Error on Dell Inspiron System

Please find attached my ZIP file as per your instructions for Blue Screen Error

Also system information file is stored as a .docx file

This is a standard Dell Inspiron, I have not made any changes to the system files, other than all the usual windows update and Mcafee antivirus is preloaded.

I use Windows Live for my Email.

Please set your pagefile back to defaults. You currently have a custom setup that is preventing .dmps from being saved. There were no .dmps in your reports for us to analyze...

Start Menu -> Right Click Computer -> Properties -> Advanced system settings -> Under the Advanced Tab -> Under Performance -> Settings... -> Advanced -> Change... -> Put a tick to Automatically manage paging file size of all drives.


Next time you have a crash, provide us with a report. Also, if you are using any disk cleanup utilities, please refrain from doing so for the duration of our troubleshooting.
