[FONT=&quot]Hi all, [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]im deeply frustrated at the fact that my two week old machine is having problems already :S. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]going to cut to the chase straight away, ive tried memtest and theres nothing wrong with the RAM, in addition i have windows 7 home premium which is genuine so theres no link to the BSOD from those two things, also i gave the pc back for a complete stress test and the company found nothing wrong, all of a sudden since yesterday (27/12/2010) after a windows update it crashed 4 times, and it happens whilst multi tasking and also it happens when there are mulitple programs running but no one is at the computer doing anything at that time, which adds to the frustration. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]i dont know how to upload the dump files like ive read in some threads so could someone tell me how to so that other forum users could take a look and see if they can help as well. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]below are the errors messages after the computer restarts itself following the BSOD:

Thank you for the reply back, I'm not using Kaspersky at the moment, I have ZoneAlarm installed for anti virus software, did you mean ZoneAlarm is out of date?...

thanks in advance

Kaspersky's drivers are still on your system, you should manually remove the leftover files

Code:
kl1.sys        fffff880`040a7000    fffff880`045d0000    0x00529000    0x4abcccb1    25/09/2009 17:59:13

These are located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers
Just rename them from .sys to .old
