My computer suddenly shutdown every day and i think the problem is Kernal.exe

here is what i found for your error:
Usual causes: Memory, Paging file corruption, File system, Hard drive, Cabling, Virus infection, Improperly seated cards, BIOS, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack

first check your memory with this tutorial:

if that turns up nothing we will investigate the other causes until we find something.
