It has been in a loop for a couple of days , it switches on, gets to just before welcome screen then, has a blue screen (white letters, too fast to read) and then restarts and just keeps doing that

I do not know exact Specs because i cant log on to find out !

Please Help me!

Try pressing the F11 key during bootup, then select "Recover PC" from the menu. You may loose any created user files in this process.

You can also try tapping F1/F2/Esc to get into the bios settings (the exact key will depend on tour model), then load the default/ optimized settings, press F10 to save and exit.

Tap F8 during bootup to get to the Advanced Boot Options. There, look for the option "Disable automatic restart on system failure". Select it, then hit Enter.

Now, when windows restarts, it will halt at the Blue screen of death (the blue background with the white leters). Post a screenshot of it here, or at least note down what it says and post it here. That might help debug.

And what exactly is your model? It must be inscribed somewhere on the machine. Look carefully and let us know, there might be some special procedures available.
