Hi all,

I have a new laptop got it about 2 - 3 weeks ago.

It is a Dell N5010, I5 processor with 8 GB RAM, 64 bit Operating system.

On about 4 occasions I have been prompted to start the machine in safe mode, after it starts up I have received the following error code:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9f
BCP1: 0000000000000003
BCP2: FFFFFA80079CAA10
BCP3: FFFFF80000B9C518
BCP4: FFFFFA800AE4F270
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\050511-35521-01.dmp
C:\Users\Kim\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-60699-0.sysdata.xml

I am also attaching the minidump files as I have seen others request them.

Can anyone let me know what's going on?

It is a brand new computer and a little unnerving to see these errors.

Thanks a bunch!

Kim
