8100 runs 1 hr blue screen shut down flashing power button restart

Dell 8100 runs properly for about an hour, then a blue screen shows. I power off the system. When I try to reboot the power button flashes amber and will not boot. When I leave the system off for a few hours, it will restart.

Sound to me you have a over heating problem.
