blue screen windows 7 plss help

hy there i just buy a new pc and i can't get rid of blue error ..it start when i browsing or play a game or let pc in stand by.i send back the pc where i buy it it says is not a hardware error ..and they not help e on software problems..i instal 4 windows 7 and blue screen when i instal windows or playing.and i have instal 3 windows 8 but the graphic on games crush or my game or browsing go slow. i don,t know what to (.and i have 60G who is missing on my hard ..when i install windows it shows 953G from 1T. plss help.
