If your video card did not overheat and you got no artifacts, distortions, etc., it is most likely OK. Your memory seems to be OK, too. Remember, these tests are not 100%; so the probability is that your video card and RAM are good. Now enable Driver Verifier following the instructions in this tutorial closely. If Driver Verifier finds a faulty driver, it will trigger a BSOD. Upload any and all Driver Verifier enabled dumps.

alright will do. Just going off topic for a moment. Whenever i lock my computer and go away for 15 mins and then come back it seems like it does not respond or something. For example I have it locked then i turn on my monitor and i get a black screen. I click my mouse, hit some keys and still nothing. any idea on this?

ok so i ran it and nothing seemed to happen. so i typed in verifier/query into command prompt to see it and it ran something and then closed itself. But no BSOD. So does it mean it was not a driver problem after all?

With Driver Verifier running (it runs in the background), you continue to use your computer normally. This is how Driver Verifier finds faulty drivers.

Okay so does it say when it has checked all drivers or do we just assume it will crash?

The only report Driver Verifier gives is a dump file if it encounters a faulty driver. Otherwise you do not notice it running. After you have used your computer for about three days with Driver Verifier enabled and you have not had BSOD, you can turn it off as instructed in the tutorial.

This may be a setting in your Power Management. Which Power Option plan are you using? Control Panel > Power Options

Do you Hibernate or Sleep? I ask because I could not get Hibernate to work properly. I did away with hibernate and changed to Sleep. My computer does not go into Sleep automatically. When I want it to Sleep, I use the Start button to invoke Sleep.

Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings. Check these options:

Notice I have Sleep set to Never. This is what seems to have solved my problem.

Okay thanks. Well the BSOD seemed to have stopped and the driver thing did not pick up anything so i disabled now since it was making my computer slower.

Hopefully nothing happens again.

Well apparently it came up0 three times today. So i'll be starting up that driver thing again and keeping you guys posted. If you want a next error log thing tell me since it seems like a different error code each time.

All three dumps have different error codes. This usually indicates a hardware/hardware related problem. All of your drivers appear up to date. I suggest that you run Memtest again from a cold boot after your computer has been off for awhile. If you get no errors, run Prime95 following the instructions in this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post your results.

Ok will do. Here is something that may be important. I started that driver thing again since i was getting the screens. It crashed a few minutes ago however I did not get a blue screen instead i got a distorted screen Something like with, grey and pink horizontal lines going across my monitor and either my sound or my cpu itself making a grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr kind of noise.

Any idea on this?
