Remember, these tests are not 100%; so the probability is that your video card and RAM are good. Now enable Driver Verifier following the instructions in this tutorial closely. If Driver Verifier finds a faulty driver, it will trigger a BSOD. Upload any and all Driver Verifier enabled dumps.
