Hi everybody.

I bought a lenovo all in one, since 5 months ago. More or less one month and a half ago, I have this problem.

I use de SF Diagnostic tool and atach the results.

Usual causes: Memory, Paging file corruption, File system, Hard drive, Cabling, Virus infection, Improperly seated cards, BIOS, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack

The antivirus you are currently using is known to cause BSOD crashes, consider uninstalling it with the McAfee Removal Tool and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials at least to test.

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Run this tool and delete anything it finds:

• Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Free up the start-up, nothing except the antivirus is usually needed.

For the moment only have news in Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller. It mencioned two items and I deleted.

I replaced antivirus by Microsoft Security Essentials Download

Only I don´n apply the last one recomendation yet:

Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

I think it is not necessary at all, after pass the previews checks without problems. expected that the problem is gone.

You're welcome.

Do perform SFC scannow. It's good to make sure none of the files of windows is corrupted, and if they are, it should attempt to repair those.

Hi again.

Almost. I have bluscreen the last wednesday after windows make an automatic upgrade.

I have today a Bccode: f4, but I don´t have bluescreen

I run scannow from cd/dvd drive (repair disk), but the result is without problems.

I use SF Diagnostic tool again and send to you, the results.

Bugcheck F4 is usually hard drive/storage related.

Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using crystal disk info:

Test your hard drive:

Hard drive test both short and long with:

• SeaTools for Windows

Please back up all your important things from the hard drive. From the snips it looks like it's a failing hard drive.

Proceed with Seatools for DOS for a confirmation and let us know the results.
