Hello everyone,

I have the following problem with my Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. I have uploaded the zip file. Could you please someone provide a solution?

The first step is to update Windows 7 fully, with the exception of Windows 10 if you don't want it. Updates go a long way to addressing these sorts of issues.

Hi, I did all the updates for Win7 but it has restarted once again this time no blue screen and no message/dialog of what is the problem as before. :( Here is the new report uploaded.

Its impossible to update Windows 7 fully in such a short space of time, and as you can see above it hasn't.

Update Windows 7 completely.

I also started event log where I see that error when it restarted: Kernel-Power 41 (63) and the message is: Session "Microsoft Security Client OOBE" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D.
