we hope that you can help us here
we have a bluescreen on windows 7 posready 7 a lot of time, it's not regular windows 7 pc home system, it's a point of sale operating system, we got bluescreen when logitech webcam is connected to this device, when we disconnect the camera - the problem won't appear

we try to search updated logitech hd270 camera drivers, we try to update firmware of device motherboard, nothing help
we don't know how to overcome this
