Bluescreen when i try too Install or repair.

As title said. i keep Bluescreening when i try too install or repair programs. also happends if i got more than 2 - 3 programs running.

Running W7 Ultimate 7100 64bit

My computer:
Motherboard: XFX nForce 790I Ultra SLI INTEL SOCKET 775 DDR3
CPU: Intel Core™ 2 Quad Q6600 2,4GHz
PSU: Epsilon 600w
Graphics: XFX GF 8800 ULTRA 650M 768MB DDR3 DUAL DVI TV
Ram: 4x Crusial 2Gb DDR3.

kinda annoying too not be able too run any programs :P all bigger programs with more than 2min install Bluesreens..
its like the Computer wont let me "use" it.. so when i do anything that require some working from the computer it Bluescreens..

All tips and Help very much appretiated. :)

For some reason it works much better with just 2Gb Ram in the comp.
any ideas?

Right Click Computer, go to properties, Click "Advanced System Settings" in the left pane, Click "settings" under "Startup and Recovery" and uncheck "Automatically restart"

Next time it happens write down the error codes and all other info displayed. This will help pinpoint the issue.

Also, what model is that ram? By you mentioning it works better with 2 GB I think we might be looking at a timings/voltage issue.

I've had my doubts about nVidia chipsets and RAM ever since the issues with earlier versions prevented installing Windows with 4 gB of RAM installed.

I'd suggest that you check for BIOS updates and see if the changelog mentions any memory issues being fixed.

Beyond that you can zip up the memory dump files (usually at C:\Windows\Minidump) and upload them with your next post.

ok so now i can run this with 4Gb ram.. when i try with 6 it just Bluescreens straight away.. ill try too get the Error Code.
