Bluescreen when pc has been left on

BSOD when pc has been left on

Hi I have been out all day today so am not so sure as of why this has happened.
I turned on my pc when i arrived back from school and when i booted my pc up it gave me three options
.Safemode
.Safemode with networking
.Start windows normally (I chose this one)

And when I logged on it said "windows has recovered from an unexpected shut down"
So what I think the problem is I have this iPhone app called Pc Monitor. and I use that to shut down and put my computer and to view temps etc. I have used this tool today to shut down my pc well at school. I'm just curious of what has caused this problem thanks for any help I have posted a picture If you need more details It also says this;

"Files that help describe the problem:

Crash is caused by a driver installed by your Netgear USB. I did a quick google search and came across this post from another thread from SF.

Actually, I fixed (oops, I mean "rectified" - sorry, I'm from Alabama, lol) the situation by removing the SCMNdisP.sys driver. Open the Network and Sharing Center on the taskbar, click on "Change adapter settings", right-click the "Wireless Network Connection", hit "Properties", then click on "General NDIS Protocol Driver" and select "Uninstall". Proceed with the uninstall, restart the computer, then remove references to it in the Device Manager ("View, Show hidden devices"), then look under "Non-Plug and Play Drivers". Also, make sure that SCMNdisP.sys is removed from the driver folder.

^^ Follow those instructions to remove the driver and you should fix your crashes.
