0x124 is usually a hardware error, so let's do some tests.

For RAM: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

For CPU: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html

Report the temps that Speedfan shows.

Are you doing any overclocking? If so, reset to defaults.

Okay, first thing: Nothing is overclocked in my pc :)

second: SpeedFan 4.41 hangs while scanning nForce2 SMBus at $0600...

So far... I ll test the other advices now

EDIT: Do you know that:

Tst--Pass--Failing Address--Good--Bad-- etc

I have several red marked lines below that line of Memtest. Are these the failures? And shuld there be no singel red marked line when RAM is working properly?
The easiest thing would be sending the PC back for a repair... I fear...

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

If the computer is still under warranty, that may be your best bet.
