Hello.
I purchased a csr8510 bluetooth key to be able to use a bluetooth mouse in windows 7
The drives that were there identified the device under peripheral management as a bluetooth enumerator and another entry that didn't allow just the mouse to be detected.
I then installed the CSR Harmony 4 drivers and the mouse works perfectly but the problem occurs when I turn the windows 7 back on.
When the mac is turned on again, the mouse is unable to communicate and when I remove the batteries it tells me disconnected.
Repeating the pairing procedure it starts again but then we are again in the same condition
ps: on windows 10 the problem is not there.
What do you think it could be

I discovered that the problem depends on the human interface and mouse to other pointing devices because once the mouse is paired, at least it does not detach, the adapter remains sowhen the association is made two items are created under human interface called BLUETOOTH HID DEVICE and in mouse and other pointing devices two other items with written HID COMPATIBLE MOUSE.Once you restart these two items for each category they no longer appear and if I press the mouse, one of them appears for each category but it is not enough to make the mouse workI also did a further test when the bluetooth mouse works and that is to disable one for each category and in fact the bluetooth mouse does not work only by reactivating here it starts again. I don't understand how the problem can be solved
