Bluetooth headset

Yeah it seems to be the headset, under the setting for the 4.0 adapter is says its working fine. But when i open the headset, it shows nothing under "hardware" and the headset looks faded/locked out in the devices and printers. I just tried updating the driver from the Bose website and still no change. Not sure whats going on, might give Bose a call

yeah its definitely the headset, the 4.0 bluetooth adapter is installed and says its running fine. For some reason the headset still shows a faded icon in the device and printers window, while everything els looks good? I just installed the latest drivers from the Bose website, and still no change. Not sure what is holding out the headset, but i might call Bose and see what they say.

Sorry didnt mean to post this twice....didnt think the first one went through, ill shut this up for a bit now lol

I have seen this on this site. The Soundlink 2 is definitely a clearer sounding headset from the AE2. Don't get me incorrect, I liked the balance of the AE2. But the Soundlink2 has a weightier sound with purity. They are enhanced. Also the Soundlink2 has the wireless fold in to the headset. The AE2 has a module. I'm a fan of the upgraded sound of the Soundlink2.
