Bluetooth Module not seen in Device Manager

I have a Dell XPS M1210 laptop that I have recently upgraded to Windows 7. Everything went great with the upgrade with the exception of the internal Bluetooth module.

I have Vista on another drive and installed it into my laptop to test to see if the module is working. The bluetooth works fine and I am able to couple devices.

I have checked the BIOS and the setting for the Bluetooth show it present and enabled.

I do not see Bluetooth in my Windows 7 Device manager. As expected, I cannot couple devices.

The Device Manager rescans when I turn the Bluetooth on with the switch on the laptop but does not appear.

I have downloaded the Broadcom Setup Module but it does not see it either.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks... the problem was due to the drivers but the process of getting it corrected was not easy. Windows 7 pretty much took the wheel once I discovered the wrong drivers were originally present. Was not just a simple driver update... very impressive.

Now that I have Bluetooth working all I can say is WOW. The implementation and presentation of devices in Windows 7 is excellent. I do believe that this is the very first time that EVERYTHING on my computer is working! (knock on wood)

Thanks
