Bluetooth not showing up on Windows 10

I have been trying to get my Plantronics Bluetooth headset working with Windows 10 without any luck. I want to use it with the Vodia Phone client.

Is there a clean-cut way to do this on Windows 10?

Does the computer you're using have Bluetooth hardware?

Yes, I figure when I turn on the Bluetooth option, it should scan it..and pair up, trying to test this on my laptop and see how it the Vodia phone works with a Bluetooth headset.

Is there a Bluetooth icon in the System Tray? What happens when you try to scan for the headset?
