Hi,

Since a month ago Out of the blue, I've been experiencing an issue with my Bluetooth connectivity.

Using my show Bluetooth devices I can see all my Bluetooth icons devices, however when I activate any device bluetooth to make the connectivity with my PC the window display to link / send files (by clicking on the device icon) does not appear rather the window display of the device properties (General, Hardware, Services, Bluetooth) . If I right click the icon the option to link does not appear either, only create shortcut, troubleshoot, remove device and properties (bold fonts)

I ran troubleshooting and I get no identification of problems.
So currently I have no Blueconnectity.

My Win 7 has been updated.
Device drivers are updated
Device Manager doesn't show any warning or error on Bluetooth

What could be causing this issue?

Is there a fix for it?

Dell XPS 17" L702x 64bit

Thanks,

Dan
