Boot Manager missing after HDD C:/ got formatted

Hello

My windows drive got formatted (C:/) and now when i am trying to install a new windows 7. It is showing me "Boot manager missing" after i put my CD to automatically boot. But when i use the Esc key which shows my boot options and select CD Drive, it shows the error Reboot and Select the proper device or Insert Boot media in selected Boot Device and press a key.
