Did you reset the paging file to be only on C, and is it showing up in Disk Mgmt only on the C drive?
Try installing EasyBCD (click Download - no Name or Email required)
on Edit OS menu tab delete any ghost listings.
If this isn't enough, then boot into System Recovery Options
to run Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times http://www.sevenforums.com/performance-maintenance/51100-repair-cd-system-repair-disk.html
