Bootable setup dvd/usb

i have installed windows 7 , and programs i needed , such as ashampoo,camtasia,xilisoft,......and much more.everytime i format my laptop ,i have to install these programs while they take me a long time. Is there any solution to make a bootable setup dvd/flash usb in order to install windows and all programes at the same time...i really appreciate your help,,,
