First of all can you go to your UserCP (link in the nav bar at the top of any forum page) and fill out your system spec information in Profile > Edit System Spec. This will make it a lot easier for you to get the right help from members.
Secondly, download Autoruns for Windows (Sysinternals) and extract the zip archive to a folder of your choice. Open the folder, right click autoruns.exe and run as administrator.
Once opened, click the 'Logon' tab, and then get a good screenshot of all the entries there. Upload the image to this thread and we can see how things look.
