BOOTMGR image is corrupt. The system cannot boot.

My Dell laptop is saying BOOTMGR image is corrupt. the system cannot boot. I have no idea what to do, I'm not good with computers lol can someone tell me what i need to do?

That tutorial doesn't work for my computer I don't think. I don't have the advanced boot options on it. I only have Boot Options and Setup. So I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong? I already made a system recovery disk from my other computer.
