Box upper left hand corner of wndows screen

I dont what this is but a clear white box has suddenly appeared on top left of my windows screen and wont go away. How dow i get rid of it??? Any help appreciiated

Also get Process Explorer (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx). Click the target icon (right of binoculars) and then click the white box, see what will show up in Process Explorer.

Ive attached a pic taken from my phone which shows what the box looks like. However, i managed to get rid of it.

I tried to do a screen print as you requested but neither that or the snipping tool showed the box so i figured the problem must have something to do with my actual monitor as opposed to Windows. I have a AOC monitor and i played around with the settings. Theres a setting called clear vision and this made the box go.
