Browser Download Manager Malfunction

It happens when I try to download anything(ie, right click->save as) using any browser.

Any solution, please?

Download a web browser install on a USB flash drive, try to delete all the web browsers on your computer and do a fresh install of chrome and see if your able to obtain the content your looking for via the download manager. Have you ever downloaded any software on your computer to "Speed up internet downloads"?

My 1st suggestion would be to run the System File Checker (SFC)

If it finds but does not correct problems, run it 3 times as mentioned. A Guy
