Please accept my apology regarding on delay.
Uninstall the display driver INCLUDING Catalyst Control Center (via. Add/Remove Program Utility, found in Control Panel).
If you are having problems installing the driver in Safe Mode, then reboot into normal mode and do it from there.
If that doesn't solve the problem, then we may move onto hardware tests.

OK, then we may move onto hardware tests...
Start with the RAM first, run Memtest86+
- Run for at least 7 passes (6-8 hours)!
Run Prime95 (CPU Stress Test)
- Run all 3 tests (Blend, Small and Large FFTs Tests)
Lastly, run Furmark
