Update drivers. Red, bold fonts mean they definitely need update.

In addition to DeaP's advice, install this updated Realtek Ethernet driver: Realtek

If the BSODs persist, enable driver verifier: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

I am still getting the same BSOD 0x0000003B error. All my drivers are up to date. Everything running smooth. I exit out of Call of Duty Black Ops the bam BSOD error 0x0000003B again. I unhooked my 80 GB hard drive 100%. Hooked up my NEW 500 GB hard drive installed windows 7 ultimate x64. Things was running smoothly until i got the same error on this hard drive.

I know its not my Realtek LAN driver. I know its not my Nvidia driver. There are no chipset drivers for my board for windows 7. This error is getting quite annoying. Any one who can help please do. I didn't have this problem when i ran Vista Home Premium x64. No BSOD's at all when running it.

If you are still getting BSOD's you still need to upload them

How are you sure the problem is not with your GPU or Realtek drivers? Please, update the drivers so we all can be so sure.

Install these updated Realtek Ethernet drivers: Realtek
Code:
Rt64win7.sys Fri May 22 10:52:30 2009 (4A16BC2E)
I notice that with the exception of one on December 4, all the BSODs occurred while Black Ops was the front process. Have you tried uninstalling the game, and reinstalling it?

Also, try a clean boot: Run Selective Startup using System Configuration

Play the game under that, and see if it BSODs.

If no change, contact the makers of the game, and see what they have to say.

I am using the Onboard realtek network adapter with the driver from Asus. There is no update for the network adapter you posted all it asks me to do is repair modify or remove.

The game doesn't cause the bluescreen. My system bluescreens after I exit the game.

See this line in every dump:
Code:
[FONT=lucida console]PROCESS_NAME:  BlackOpsMP.exe
[/FONT]That indicates that BlackOpsMp.exe was the top process at the time of the crash. When you think the game is closed, it hasn't actually closed that process, and that is what is mentioned by every dump.

Go here: Realtek

Download the "Win 7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Driver". Extract the zip file to your desktop, and then use this tutorial to install the driver in Device Manager: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/97061-driver-install-device-manager.html
