BSOD 3B and 50

For the last few days, my computer has frequently been afflicted by random BSOD's. The BSODs I get the most frequently are 3b, but the last one was a 50.
The first BSODs happend when playing the computer game Civilization 5. I updated my NVIDIA drivers to the last version and the blue screens stopped appearing for at least three weeks. The blue screens returned and appeared more frequently when playing SpellForce 2.
The last BSODs even happened at random moments, like when I watched a Youtube movie or even simply clicked on a link.
Here is my OS data and there are 2 Minidumps in the Attachment.

My Windows 7 is..
X64 Home Premium
the original installed OS on the system
an OEM
The age of the system is less than a year old
The OS is also less than a year old.


Some other useful info:
I use AVG free as my Virus Scanner.
My NVIDIA drivers are already updated to their latest version.

Most of your drivers seem to be up to date. Third party AV's can sometimes lead to crashes in win 7. The reasons for it aren't fully known right now, but it's thought they are blocking core system components.

I would first suggest removing AVG temporarily to see if it solves the problem. Since you are using the free version reinstalling shouldn't be a big issue if it isn't the source. If it is, you can switch to microsoft security essentials which is also free.

The dump is blaming win32k.sys This is generally a 'fall guy' crash. The system doesn't really know what's causing the issue so blames the hanging sys file.

If you are overclocking at all, I suggest removing the clock while troubleshooting as well.

Another option is to use driver verifier to double check that a driver is not responsible for the hang.

sadly we're going to need a little troubleshooting here.
This could be software, it could even be bad memory.
Since a proper memtest is a bit time consuming I am approaching the software/driver side of things first.

How can do this troubleshooting?
And what do you mean by removing the clock?
Sadly, I am not a computer expert, so i do not really know how that works.

Well let's assume you haven't overclocked your machine if you don't even know what I'm talking about. You can disregard that statement. Start by following the instructions for enabling driver verifier I linked in the above post.
Read the entire instructions before starting it.

(This reply is a little late, since i was affected by a flu virus the last few days)
Today booted up my computer and wanted to make a backup of the system, like the instructions on the link said. But once I opened the backup program, my pc was so kind to show me another BSOD, this time with the code 24 and something about NTFS. I do not have the minidump for this crash right now, because i am using my laptop instead of my PC. Since there are too many things going on with my PC to repair myself, I will hire a computer repair technician to see if he is able to save my system.
