BSOD only while transcoding video. It's happened for a while as you can see in the log files. The earlier ones are from creating a video with cyberlink power director and all the ones from 11/27 and 11/28 are using handbreak transcoding DVD rips. I can't recall this computer ever BSOD while doing anything other than video creation.

Many of the .dmp files are inconclusive as to the reason for the BSOD. There is, however, one small clue that may or may not be related to the issue.

aswFe.exe is an Avast executable, and I have read a few complaints about it hogging up to 40% of the CPU. However, in your MSINFO.nfo file it doesn't appear to be installed...in fact I can't find any anti-virus installed in the system (apart from some AVG toolbars).

Has Avast ever been installed on this system?

Yes it was. I removed it while having this issue to see if it would help. It did not.

Thanks for looking for me. I haven't tried encoding any video since I posted this and have not had any more bsod. I'm planning doing some more soon though

Use Revo Uninstaller to remove all remaining traces of Avast...it appears to have not been removed completely.
