bsod a few seconds after giving shutdown command

so i get this bsod after giving the shut down command. So here is the zip as given by the rules.

This copy of windows is an illegal copy, not only does it seem to be some customized version of the operating system but it has also been activated using a key that belongs to an acer/packard/gateway while your motherboard is a retail gigabyte board. Please purchase a legal copy of windows format and then re-install using the new legal copy of windows.

Just reinstall using the disc or files that you used to install it originally
