Hello Douglas :)

I would start with these steps.

:ar: Please update your network driver:
Code:

    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys
    Image name: Rt64win7.sys

What Bluetooth devices are you using?
If the answer is none, please disable btfilter.sys .

:ar: Please navigate and change the extension of btfilter.sys to .bak .
ie.

-- After:
Code:
c:\windows\system32\drivers\[COLOR=Black]btfilter[/COLOR].[B]bak[/B]

First off thank you for your time and suggestions....my pc knowledge is very limited and some patience will be necessary.....

1. Use a Microsoft 2000 wireless mouse and keyboard connected thru the usb port. Searched but don't believe this is a bluetooth device...Have no other BT devices ....and have no intention of adding any to my PC...Is the mouse and keyboard considered BT?.......Assuming they are not....not comfortable editing system files. Can i just disable BT in the services and would that accomplish the same as changing from .sys to .bak?

2. Driver: iusb3xhc.sys believe this is the driver for USB 3.0 eXtensible host controller from my device manager.....which shows driver version as 4.0.2.42 dated 9.25.15......Can't find this on the Intel site....Tried to update thru Device manager and get "up to date" response...Used the Intel utility which showed no drivers to update....

Believe this driver is the source of my problem...recall seeing this driver or theiusb3xhc listed on the BSOD display....

Will address your other suggestions in another post.....

Thanks again.....
