Anytime I setup my C drive to do an overnight, "CHKDSK On Reboot", I awake to a BSOD.

I have attached my, "DM Log" as requested for this thread, so every piece of info anyone may need will be in there.

Long and short, the dump file keeps saying:

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+12181c )

Ok, so, just update the NVIDIA driver right?

Not so fast.

First, I completely removed/uninstalled the NVIDIA drivers from my system. Then, I attached, and booted from an additional Windows 7 hard drive, (what I like to call my repair drive), and completely cleaned, uninstalled, and manually deleted ANY occurrence of any NVIDIA files, drivers, folders, registry entries, etc. on the problematic main boot Windows 7 hard drive.

At this point, there is nothing at all pertaining to NVIDIA on the problematic hard drive.

Boot from the problematic hard drive, download, and install the latest drivers from NVIDIA, and even choose, "clean install" for those familiar with the NVIDIA installer.

"clean install" is supposed to remove any and all occurrence of any NVIDIA material BEFORE installing the latest drivers.

Even with the newest, freshest install of the NVIDIA drivers, and having totally stripped the hard drive manually of any reference to NVIDIA, I still get the above error after an overnight CHKDSK On Reboot.

So, it's not going to be driver related, because now, I have the latest/greatest.

Next one may say, the video card itself, (hardware).

However, after a plethora of battering test from such programs as Maxon's Cinebench, the card got respectable ratings, and never cuts out or ever gives me any problems during Windows 7 usage.

Ok, not driver, not hardware.

Did the usual, "now what" tests and checks in Windows itself, such as, "SFC" etc, ...all come back good.

I'm at wits end actually, and this is the reason for my posting.

When windows is installed after a clean install it will install both windows and non-windows drivers.
The log collector that was posted displayed Nvidia GPU drivers on the computer and the GPU drivers were involved in the latest crash.
The logs were cleaned on 7/30/2018 so the information in the logs is very limited for the troubleshooting.

Perform the following steps:

1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
2) sfc /scannow
3) chkdsk /scan
4) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

5) If the computer has Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

6) In the left lower corner search type clean > open disk cleanup > scroll up and down > post images into the thread

7) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery into the thread.
b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > under performance options > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory tab into the thread

8) disable Windows update on non-Microsoft drivers:
Windows Update - Enable or Disable Access - Windows 7 Help Forums

9) uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)
10) re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Nvidia website
11) make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.
Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 17.0.8.2 (or a newer edition if available)
Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use - Windows 7 Help Forums
NVIDIA
Download Display Driver Uninstaller - MajorGeeks

12) Make sure that there is no over clocking during the troubleshooting process

13) Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > expand all rows > look for any row with an icon that is a yellow triangle with a black exclamation mark or unknown device > post an image into the thread

14) backup all important files on the computer to another drive or to the cloud
15) Make a backup image using Macrium:
Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything
16) Save the backup image to another drive
17) Create a brand new restore point

I do see the Yellow Triangle in the Device Manager picture, however, even if I uninstall both Keyboards shown there, and then "scan for hardware changes", they BOTH keep coming back. I only have one single keyboard attached to my system, it is a Dell SK-8115, and it is USB.

Everything else went well that you had me do. I haven't done an overnight, "CHKDSK On Reboot" since wiping my NVIDIA drivers from Safe Mode and reinstalling the latest drivers yet.

I'm holding off to get your take on things first.

3) Using Everything search for nvlddmkm and make sure that all files are uninstalled
4) Reinstall Nvidia GPU drivers per the method in the prior post

5) Overnight run this command using administrative command prompt. It may take many hours.
Chkdsk /r /v
6) Using the txt and images in this thread find the chkdsk report in the event viewer > copy and paste > notepad > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread
Check Disk (chkdsk) - Read Event Viewer Log - Windows 7 Help Forums

7) For Ccleaner uncheck:
a) Memory Dumps
b) Windows Log Files

8) For startup and recovery system failure:
a) change kernel memory dump to automatic memory dump
b) reboot

9) For the yellow triangle with black exclamation mark in device manager follow the steps in this link:

Alright, until the very last step you had me do, the "sfc /scannow", I was getting ready to tell you that the problem had been fixed. I did the overnight "chkdsk", and everything came back perfect this time, no BSOD. But as you will see, the very last step STILL found errors.

Again, I will paste the images corresponding to your instruction number, respectively.
