BSOD after Cold Boot, OK after reboot

Hello All,

I've been running into this on and off for some time now. the pc will crash a few minutes after a cold boot usually as I try to access the internet, but runs OK after the pc reboots. This also crops up coming out of hibernation (reopening the pc). I don't know if the two are related.
Attached is the zip from the latest cold boot/reboot.

Your BSODs seem to be caused by this driver. Go to Website and try to update
