Hello all,

First off, thanks for taking the time to read this posting. Been meaning to get around to this, but it's always been more of an annoying (if chronic) inconvenience than anything system-breaking at this point.

The problem has been occurring for almost a year, shortly after I actually had my PC custom-assembled by the folks at NCIX. The first time I took it to the store to check up on it (~ 7 BSODs in the first week of owning it), and they said they found no hardware issues; apparently reinstalling Win7 made it work fine. Then the problems reappeared a few days after.

The BSOD typically occurs ~5min into booting up the PC from shutdown (or sometimes after awakening from sleep mode). The PC used to reboot itself after the BSOD, but as of the past month, I've had to manually reset it from the BS. The computer runs fine for the rest of the day after that.
It would even occur sometimes during the login screen, before I entered any credentials and loaded up additional programs.

One symptom I've noticed is that Google Chrome becomes unresponsive shortly before the BSOD occurs; tabs fail to load and sometimes the browser gives me an error message.

I've tried running Driver Verifier, Disk Checks, and Memtest, with no luck. My next step was to try Hiren's BootCD before either taking it back to the shop and demanding more tests, or nuking both the SSD and HD and trying a fresh install of Win7 and the BIOS.

I'm hoping, however, that I might be able to get some insight from the forum people here. I've attached the ZIP file from the SF Diagnostic Tool.

Thanks again in advance.

I ran OCZ's provided driver updater for the SSD; so far, no incidence upon reboot. However, since I've found the event to occur usually no more than twice daily, I have no idea if this would have solved the problem or not. Would need to see how the system holds over the next week, at least...
