Solved BSOD after installing 600w PS and 6670 Radeon

Can someone please tell me what this means? I've had this computer for 2 years and I have never received the BSOD, until now. Then again, this is the first time I've upgraded its components.

The BSOD occurred while creating a Windows 7 System Repair Disc. During the creation of the disc, the blue screen happened.

The BSOD occurred while creating a Windows 7 System Repair Disc. During the creation of the disc, the blue screen happened.

All required BSD information has been included in a .ZIP attachment.
