BSOD after installing new Graphics Card

I recently installed a new gtx970-sc in my gaming rig. After random amounts of time playing games (usually over an hour), the graphics driver "nvlddmkm" stops responding. Most of the time the driver recovers but a few times it has crashed my computer to where my monitor receives no signal, while the computer is still running but frozen. Even if the driver recovers, I have to restart the game b/c it causes the game to crash, losing my progress in the game.

I have used ddu and did a clean install of my graphics driver.
It happens with at least 2 different games(Witcher 3, GTA:V). It hasn't happened with League of Legends yet (although i only played a few games), and I haven't had much time to play other games.
I am using Afterburner to under-clock the card back to factory settings. It seems to reduce the occurrences of the problem slightly, but it doesn't remove the problem.
I have ran FurMark Burn-in test and it ran just fine, 34 FPS @ 74°C max.

I suspect either it is a faulty GPU or my PSU cant handle the power requirements with the new card(even though it meets the 500w requirement). I went ahead and ordered a new PSU, but it's not here yet, so I cant rule that out. If someone would take a look at my dump files and let me know what they think the problem is I would appreciate it.

After one of the crashes(on 5/25) I noticed the event viewer said windows did a bugcheck.

Oops, I fixed the attachment, I'm not sure how i messed that one up.

Update:
I ordered a psu and installed it(Thermaltake Toughpower Gold 750). I gamed for about an hour and no problems. I got off the game and after about 20 min I get a different BSOD error, 0x124 "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" this time. Haven't gotten it since, not sure why i got it. I did forget to mention in my original post, that i did update my BIOS after getting the initial problem, while it didn't help, I can't help but wonder if that caused this issue.

I ran "SFC /ScanNow"
I made sure all my PSU cords were connected properly
I have monitored my temps while gaming, all fine
I ran prime95 for about 30 min(thats all I had time for) and CPU temps maxed out at 80.

After all that I thought I had fixed the 0x116 error and I the graphics driver "nvlddmkm" stopped responding again while on GTA:V. I only got it once, and haven't gotten it on another game, or a 0x116 BSOD, but it's only been a day since i installed my new PSU.

So im calling EVGA and going to try to get an RMA card. Hopefully that will fix at least one problem.

Such BSODs are almost certain for an overclocked system. Overclockers are aware of it.

As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings.The easiest way to do it is to set the BIOS to the default settings.
