Hi everyone, thanks in advance for any help you can offer to help me resolve this issue.

I just bought a new computer and instead of junking my older one I was trying to upgrade the video card and pass it down to my younger brother as it is a substantial upgrade over his current rig. My problems began when I installed a new Radeon RX 560 graphics card. I formatted the PC so I know the older drivers were gone and installed all the drivers for the new graphics card, but as soon as I login and get to the desktop it will blue screen after 25 seconds or so like clockwork each and every time. The card that I replaced was a Dell ATI Radeon HD 5870 HD5870 PCIe x16 1GB 2XTG4 02XTG4 if that helps any.

Attached below is the DM Log collector I ran while the PC was in safe mode as well as a couple of screen shots. The first SS is just a capture of the blue screen and the second is of the splash screen which has had some strange discoloration over the f12 boot options text ever since I installed the new card. I have no idea if that is relevant, but I wanted to be thorough.

Thanks again for taking the time to get back to me.

Hello and welcome MercyfulFate mate cannot open the dump files can you resend them using these please

However I di notice in the msinfo file there sis a problem device - something to do with the SATA controller on the board but we really need the BSOD dumps to se what the problem is and it is more than likely the new hardware you have installed.

Now just out of interest when you say new computer do you mean an unused new or a used new and did it come with any OS installed on it or did you install the OS yourself because it s always a good idea to clean the drive instead of just formatting it before you install to make sure no "bits and pieces" were left behind from something previously on the drive.
