BSOD after new cpu cooler change

Hi,
after installing a new cpu cooler i got random blue screens.
CPU : AMD Phenom II X4 955
Old Cooler: box cooler from the cpu
new cooler: artic freezer 7 pro
i saw this post (BSOD after installing a new CPU cooler) but it could not help me
thanks in advance and sorry for bad english
edit: if i dont disable "AMD C1E support" in bios my pc freezes in windows "Welcome" screen

After updating bios i get a blackscreen when the windows-"Welcome"-screen should appear

edit: after disabling C1E support again the pc starts. i was told to check my ram with memtest and got a few errors, so i switched to 2x 2gb ram which i had here. i will report if its solved thank you

edit2: i get errors again. i dont think its the ram but some configuration?
i will get a ssd tomorrow and clean install windows. hope it helps =(. is there a possibility to reinstall windows without the cd? i cant find it after moving to my new flat, else i have to use win 10 from university

You can only install software if you have the media, in this case you could install Windows if you have an ISO or USB with installation.

After a clean-install of win10 Education everything was ok.
but after using the pc for about 2h i got a crash with just the message "".
Furthermore i tested my ram with memtest for about 30 min and i got 0 errors.
edit: my pc just restarted suddenly
