BSOD after New Graphics Card.

Long time lurker. And sadly my first post has to be about BSOD. =\

So last month i bought a new Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX760 to be exact. Not gonna lie when i installed it i did not get rid of my ATI drivers until a day later. I know bad. But anyways got rid of them and all went super well. Until 3 days later i got a BSOD Bad Pool Header. Ignored it the first time. Went well again for about 3 more days. Same thing BAD Pool Head. Then after trying random things from the net it went fine for a week. But then all of a sudden I get BSOD Memory Management(did the windows memory test all came back fine after i was able to get back on) .... Reboots then BSOD Bad Pool header. I then tried to just reinstall Win7 from my disc but my luck kept going and just got that error 0x00000024 or something say files corrupt. PLEASE HELP ME =\
Build as follow:

OS: Win7 Home 64bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570k
Ram: Corseair 8gig
MB Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H
Graphics: New one - Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 Old one - Radeon HD 6850

Also this is an Entire Costum build other than the HDD and Old Graphics Card (radeon HD 6850)
Side notes: Only happens when playing games for a while. And as of now i have the old card in now but even then every thing is all whacked. Cant open most the games on my computer. Most being all but Rift.

So a got another BSOD Memory Management this time. Still nothing wrong with my ram though...
