BSOD after pc boot with new motherboard

There's no dump files in your upload. Also, What are you using to do a "fresh install"? I don't understand why you would get a AdwCleaner listing from a fresh install. Also, there's numerous third party utilities running that I know didn't come from a Windows install disk.

By fresh install i mean formatting the hdd and installing a new copy of windows from the install disk. After i installed windows the only things i have installed were updated drivers for the motherboard, updated drivers for my video card, microsoft security essentials, a microsoft hd webcam, minecraft launcher, steam launcher, chrome web browser, 64-bit java, and UxStyle. I have windows configured to create dump files. I re-ran diagnostic tool and have included the new zip file.

Still no dump file(s). The W7 utility picks up the dump files and logs from the default location. If you've changed environment variable or changed the location of the dump files, you'll need to change them back to defaults. The image below shows the default location for dump files and their setup.

It would seem to me that your "fresh install" is corrupt. It would make more sense to install software packages one at a time and validate a stable system before loading the next. One of your packages may be causing the problem or is incompatible with a previously loaded package. Roll back to a point where you have all necessary drivers and MSE. Install one at a time and follow each with a few stress tests like Furmark and Prime95.

thanks for that. it was set to create kernel dumps and not memory dumps. if i get another bsod i will pot the new files.

a question about ram...

the ram i have installed is not listed on the motherboard (Gigabyte) compatibility list, but is listed as compatible on the ram (Crucial) website. I noticed that the last of the 3 BDOSs i had earlier was a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

Would the ram compatibility be an issue for this?

Yes, memory compatibility is major issue. I would use the motherboard specs. I can never navigate the Gigabytes site so I can't see the specs on your board. The memory modules need to match this spec exactly. Timings and voltage are critical.

the memory i have installed now and the memory i was looking into (it is on the motherboard support list) have identical frequency and timings. went into bios and everything is set where it should be. what would make one compatible and the other not?

I don't know. I can't see the specs. There's more to it than just the five numbers normally shown. Besides voltage, you have to know if the motherboard supports the JDEC table of the memory. Or if the memory is XMP capable.
