BSOD after recovering from sleep

Hi
When I close the lid of my Dell XPS L502X, instead of resuming to my session, it restart windows. It's a new laptop and I have been having this problem since the first week.
Hope you can help me find out what's causing the problem

Windows 7 x64
- the original installed OS on the system? Yes
- an OEM or full retail version? OEM
- What is the age of system (hardware)? 2011
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) NO
