Here from the instructions. Should I just wait until I download my window 8.1 is downloaded than upgrade my window 7. I think it would fix the issue by replacing the all the files.

All of your Dump files are pointing to the same Broadcom Driver listed above. Please update the driver. If it came with your motherboard, you should be able to update it from your Motherboard's web site (Motherboards | P7P55D PRO | ASUS Global) please make sure that is the correct board. If it came from another Manufacturer, please update from their web site, or directly from Broadcom ( Downloads | Broadcom ). If it is an OEM driver, there will most likely be no driver at Broadcom.

yes. It should be a in the Lan or a wireless section. Dell has it on their computers as a 1394 WLAN mini-card.

I just downloaded some drivers but I still see the bsod. Should I run another diagnosis? I even used a driver update software to see if I need any more updates but it said I had no more to update but I think it could be wrong since I tried another one and it said I had more to update. Could it be also fix when I upgrade to windoes 8.1?

You have had numerous Windows Errors from NvNetworkService.exe. It is Nvidia's network service associated with GeForce experience. It has caused more than a few people problems. But just using logic, the NV network, your Boadcom Lan are both network related. I may suggest you update the Broadcom, then reinstall your Nvidia Graphics drivers, but use this tutorial and only install the Display Driver and PhysX. Nothing else, and see if you fare any better. This will tell you how to do it. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/327414-nvidia-drivers-avoid-problems.html

Also, these are the programs you have starting up with Windows.

Code:
MyPC Backup MyPC Backup.lnk
Steam "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe"
Skype "C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe
CCleaner Monitoring "C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner64.exe"
MSC "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client\msseces.exe"
NvBackend "C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\Update Core\NvBackend.exe

I recommend you take every one except MSC (your AV) out of startup. They will still work, but will no bog down your computer and use resources when not needed. They will still work, just only when you need them. Just hold down the Windows Key (the one with the flag on it) and press R. You will get a run box, type msconfig and press OK, click on the startup tab. Uncheck everything except MSE and click OK. Accept the reboot and you will have a much cleaner startup.

Is this their correct site section to find the driver? If it doesn't work would upgrading to windows 8.1 be fix the issue?

I edited my last post, please re read it. I doubt upgrading to 8.1 will fix the problem you are having, but you are very welcome to try if you want to. You can find almost any information you would like about Windows 8.1 from our Sister Site Windows 8 Forums. If you have a spare hard drive to use, I can help you install it without dual booting, and will save you some headaches. Then you can just use your one time boot key on startup to boot into the Operating system you want to.

And yes that is a direct link to Nvidia.com.

I only have a SSD and a HDD so don't think I can. There also the factory setting option, would that be another option? Unfortunately I do not have a disk is it possible to use my windows 8.1 download as a substitute? I will try what you posted before first.

I couldn't find it  on their site guess I'm not looking at the right place. So I used a drive update program to download all the ones not up to date.

I am not sure what you mean by Factory setting. That is normally associated with an OEM computer, but you have a retail Motherboard. So, I am not sure what you mean. I am sure you can use a Windows 8 download, but where did you download it from? The risk you would be running would be, without installation media, if you installed Windows 8 over Windows 7 and decided to go back to 7, you would have no way to do it.

It is never a good idea to use software to update software. Do you have wireless? If you do, where do you get it? From a card inside your computer or from a USB dongle?

I am not sure what you mean by Factory setting. That is normally associated with an OEM computer, but you have a retail Motherboard. So, I am not sure what you mean. I'm downloading Windows 8.1 from the Microsoft website

Ok, no problem. To save yourself problems, back up all of your personal files to an external source first. Disconnect either one of the 2 wires going to all hard drives you are not installing Windows on. Then Burn the ISO file to a DVD or write it to a USB drive
(http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2432-usb-windows-7-installation-key-drive-create.html), then follow this tutorial and you should have no problems. Clean Install - Windows 8

just understand, if you have a hardware problem, it will not matter what OS you have installed.

if you are talking about the Windows USB/DVD tool, yes it works with Windows 7/8/8.1/and windows 10. That's all I've tried it on. It will also burn it to a DVD for you too, but I've never done that. My computer does not have a DVD drive.
