BSOD after static shock

Hello everyone, I have a little issue that has arisen with my Dell Inspiron N5110. I’ve had it for quite a few years, and it has worked well for me. The only modification to the computer is that I installed a solid-state drive because the original hard drive was having problems 4 to 5 years ago. I primarily use this computer for my OBD II software and editing photos. The other day, I went to go pick the computer up, and a static shock emanated from my finger and entered the body of the computer as I was picking it up. It worked fine the time that I used it then, however, the next time I went to boot the computer, I got the BSOD. The bios appears to boot fine, and the operating system gets partway through its boot cycle and then I get the error as shown in the attachment below. I have attempted to boot the computer in safe mode, from the original operating system install disk, and by changing the boot priority to the CD drive. Unfortunately, I cannot run the log as recommended by the form instructions because the computer will not boot. My question is this; is there anyway to recover the computer from its current state without removing the hard drive and attempting to recover the data that way? Any input appreciated. Thanks!!

Well, the issue with the normal posting process is that I am unable to run the log file. My system will not boot at all.
