BSOD after trying to install Win 10 on Win 7

I successfully downloaded Win 10 and as it was installing on Win 7, it gave a message that it was restoring to Win 7. Win 7 now loads slowly with a BSOD, error code 0x0000007e. I can startup in safe mode (with networking). My system isn't backed up. I started backing it up recently, after receiving it back from tech repair and it stopped at 75%. It had recently gone to a black screen in Win 7 before downloading Win 10. The only thing I noticed that may have caused the black screen is that I may have held down the power off buttom too long. Not sure if that creates a problem. But the tech reinstalled Win 7 recently. I didn't realize when it returned that my malware and virus software had been removed. So I've thought it might be a boot sector virus. I've scanned everything possible, updated drivers and all malware has been removed. I don't have a Win 7 install disk, or restore point. The repair tech wiped everything off the pc and hasn't accepted any responsibility to assist me. I have no recovery image. I did create a boot disk from online instructions. My CHKDSK scan shows this info:
The master file table's (MFT) BITMAP attribute is incorrect.
The volume Bitmap is incorrect
Windows found problems wih the file system.
Run CHKDSK with the /F (fix) option to correct these,
When I run Chkdsk with /F it says, "The type of the file
system is NTFS. Cannot lock current drive.
Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by
another process. Would you like to schedule this
volume to be checked the next time the systme
restarts? (Y/N) I have checked yes in the past.

I have attached my DM Log Collector file. Thanks in advance for anyone's assistance, since I have been working on this for over a week.

It is possible you have disk or file corruption just based on the bugcheck,

Although it points to Kaspersky as the cause,

Code:
Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffff80000003, fffff880040db0f5, fffff880009a9328, fffff880009a8b80}

Probably caused by : klhk.sys ( klhk+520f5 )

Just out of curiosity, what do you consider recent regarding the tech installing your OS?

They did you no favors, because they installed an Acer OEM OS on your HP laptop,

Code:
Product ID: 00371-OEM-8992671-00004
Original Install Date: 10/29/2015, 3:48:33 PM
System Boot Time: 7/6/2016, 5:27:28 PM
System Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard
System Model: HP Pavilion g7 Notebook PC
System Type: x64-based PC

If October 29, 2015 coincides with your recent reinstall date, then they only burned you on the counterfeit install.

Since you have to reinstall anyway, do you have a sticker like this on the bottom of your laptop?

And even more importantly, can you read the 5 sets of 5 alphanumeric characters?

Thanks for input!

I'm hugely surprised that Acer was downloaded on my HP. It explains why when I checked the product code online it gave me an error. I don't have the sticker on the bottom but did find the product code, that I now know was probably the original for this pc. I bought the pc as a showroom model that my neighborhood store had purchased from another store. My most recent trip to the repair shop was about a month ago and not in Oct 2015. I had read that sometimes repair shops overextend the limit of downloads they can do on pcs. But to add Acer to an HP that's really something. Surely it's illegal to sell something that isn't what it's represented to be. I'll have to follow through on this.

I genuinely appreciate your feedback and your time.
