Bsod and "Display driver stopped responding and recovered" Problem

Hello!
I recently got bsod's after installing amd drivers,it happens when browsing 9gag/watching youtube/ etc and playing
games

Bsod error message says atikmdag.sys and sometimes atikmpag.sys

It got it fixed when i deleted all amd drivers with Display driver uninstaller. And installed older drivers (13.12)
But the problem with the older drivers is that i get "Display driver has stopped responding and recovered" Error message. And it sometimes crashes my games and i have to restart them (wich is kinda annoying on competitive games)

Things i've tried

-Removing and installing drivers (different versions)
-Expanding atikmdag.sy_ to atikmdag.sys and renaming the other one atikmdag.sys.old etc
-Updating gpu bios (drivers?) Idk if i succeeded?

So any possible solutions for one of the two? or why not for both of them
People tell me to download new drivers to fix the error message but if i download newer drivers i get bsod

I ran memtes86 with 1 full pass and no errors, changed ram slots but the error message still keeps appearing.

Edit: I was monitoring my gpu temperatures and usage with Cpuid and saw that my gpu usage was randomly jumping from 0% to 40-60 and back, is it just bug or could that be the problem?

Edit2: Everytime the error appears my gpu usage jumps up to 65%

Edit3: Gpu doesn't crash under stress test so i guess it is driver related? Older driver versions 13.x and older = crashes but no bsods . 14.x and newer= bsods but no display crashes.
