Bsod and driver issues.

When playing minecraft I got the bsod, something about display drivers, I was told i should reinstall my drivers I uninstalled my drivers using, your uninstaller, and ati uninstaller, to be through. when I tried reinstalling them I got the following error in the middle of installation: "Driver Install: the INF file was not found"

What should i do?

Running ATI setup and cancelling after it has extracted all files then:

Then update driver by browsing (Have Disk), go to ATI folder and select the .inf file.
