BSOD and not responding

I seem to have an unstable system, with random BSOD when running win 7 with verifier, plus other programs and applications freezing. Hoping somebody can shed some light to what is going on by looking at the dm log collector file bundle,

Before changing any drivers, make sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there are no points, make a System Restore Point Manually.

Your Atheros network driver is outdated.

ok, done that what next???? about general stability issues

Well let's see if that helps the issues first. One thing at a time.

the other issues, MMC not responding started from the day I bought all the components Motherboard etc... the company I bought the MB won't do a RMA. I've done an in place upgrade, tried system repair, clean boot, sfc, and the latest drivers even a uefi/gpt install but the MMC not responding issue has always returned without fail.

Try going into the elevated command prompt and typing in sfc/ scannow.
I can't actually think of much else apart from looking in the event log.
